Your options are very flexible for this Disaster, for there are multiple ways to counters each individual gimmick. Which Food Souls to counter which gimmick will highly depend on the individual player account so testing multiple compositions is recommended.

- If you do not have a Healer that can do this, you can choose to bring a Strength or Magic Food Soul that does this instead. In which case, your Healer options would be more flexible.
