Bio[]
Taken in by Pian Er Chuan as a scholar's assistant and disciple, Bean Paste Cake believes that Pian Er Chuan treats him quite well. He also loves ancient manuscripts, so he willingly stays around to study and work. Meanwhile, he's well-liked and cared for by many in the Print Shop for his friendly, industrious, and considerate personality.

Bean paste cake is a traditional Chinese cake which differs from place to place in terms of method of making and appearance, but they all use the sweet red bean as the main filling, supplemented by sticky rice. It has a delicious, sweet flavor and a cooling effect. It has a pleasant, mellow sweetness, and it's good for the spleen and stomach, with heat- and toxin-removing properties.
