Just as no one placed any hopes in him from the start, he didn't trust anyone either. It wasn't until the sunlight shining on fields of daisies slowly pierced his own heart that he finally started to cherish this fairytale life of fantastic beauty.

Cassata has a shell of marzipan, pink and green colored icing, and decorative designs. It consists of round sponge cake moistened with fruit juices and layered with ricotta cheese and candied fruit. As every bit is filled with texture, its flavor is both sweet and rich. Cassata is a traditional sweet from Sicily, Italy.
