Bio
A little child that serves Ginseng and helps him to disseminate any orders or replies to others in his stead, Cat-Ear Noodles is a blind boy and is noted for being well-behaved, quiet and gentle. While he does put on a solemn looks and tries his best to maintain it, the truth is that this makes him a bit ditzy and cute. Many people misunderstand that his giant cat is the Diting[1] of Netherworld. Though the actual Diting is Cat-Ear Noodles himself.
Food Introduction
Cat-ear noodles have a long history, it originated in Northern Wei, it is a traditional local style noodle in Jinnan and Jinbei regions in Shanxi. It also called "grind geda", "grind tuotuo". It was told that Qianlong[2] went to Jiangnan and ate cat-ear noodles before, saying that its shape is like cat's ears, then named it as "cat-ear noodles".
