A carefree little princess who may be a little mischievous but is kind and thoughtful at heart, which is why everyone in the palace loves this little cutie. Aside from loving sweets, Eton Mess is also keen on children's stories. Her innocent romanticism and imagination, coupled with some intense curiosity, have opened the doors for her to a fairytale-like magic world.

Eton mess is a traditional English dessert usually consisting of egg whites, powdered sugar, fresh strawberries, and cream. The finished product is a mix of red and white which hits the tongue with a refreshing burst of tartness and sweetness. Eton mess originated in the English public school of Eton College. The story goes that students knocked over a dessert made from meringue and strawberry jam, forcing the chefs to improvise. The new mixture of cream and strawberries was an unexpected hit, and a tradition was born. To this day, it is a beloved favorite of not just the British, but people the world over.
