Bio[]
A greedy, gluttonous gourmand that will eat until kingdom come. He finds the squabbles of the outside world a bit tiresome, so has chosen to reside in the paradise of the Capital teaching kids, writing poetry, gardening, and occasionally going on a journey. With his tremendous experience, he's seen it all, and in the critical moment, he is a dependable person. He also has a lot of seniority and is the Vice Master of the Castellan of the Capital.
Food Introduction[]
Stories say that a commoner once gave Northern Song poet Su Shi a New Year's gift of pork, and Su Shi then braised it until it was red and crispy and gave it to the workers dredging West Lake. After the feast, everyone sang its praises and gave his dish the loving name of "Dongpo pork"[1], which has survived through the ages until today.
