Pian er chuan is a traditional dish from Hangzhou in the province of Zhengzhou, China. With over a hundred years of history, it was once on the list of "China's Top Ten Noodles". Its main toppings are potherb mustard, bamboo shoots, lean slices of meat, with its uniqueness coming from fresh potherb mustard and bamboo shoots, which makes the dish incredibly rich and intense. The tenderness of the meat and the refreshing flavor of the bamboo shoots would get anyone's appetite going.
