She has a rich variety of emotions and facial expressions, and usually she laughs and giggles cordially with everyone, but she can always reason things through right away and make the optimal decision. Sometimes she may even seem cold and cruel in her decision making. In a group, she is the strategist and guide, often making reasonable, yet difficult to swallow decisions. But every time, she reproaches herself for this and dislikes this trait of hers.
Food Introduction[]
Kakigori is a cold drink made with shaved ice, then drizzled with condensed milk, syrup, and various fruits or other ingredients. Earliest records of it appear in Japan's Heian period, in a book called "The Pillow Book" (Makura no Soshi) by the writer Sei Shonagon. Back then, it was made by chipping away flakes of ice with a knife into a metal container, with a sap added from a certain plant (amakazura). It was a premium dessert available only to the privileged class. In 1869 (the second year of the Meiji period), the first kakigori shop opened in Yokohama, and since then kakigori gradually became a staple of ordinary Japanese life.
