You have 21 days from the creation of your account to complete all the missions and will receive Foie Gras once all the missions of all 7 days have been completed. A new set of missions is unlocked every day even if you have completed all missions from previous days.

Note: There's no need to be in a rush to finish all missions of a day, some missions require game mechanics that will only be unlocked at much higher levels. It can also be easier to wait before you try to complete a type of mission which appears several times.
