Rebates or Attendant Benefits are rewards you can get when you purchase items in the Shop with real money. Purchasing items give you points to the rate of about 5 points for each US dollar/euro spent (the rate can vary depending on how much points you earned at once). When you reach certain point thresholds you get certain rewards.
There are currently 12 thresholds, from 28 points to 20,000 points.
