Bio[]

Riesling, the Head Librarian of Nether Library, is a Food Soul of considerable might possessing outstanding fighting and leadership skills. The people of Savoy call her "Gunfire Queen", while the nobles all fear her and rarely go near the library. Although she's tough and domineering on the outside, Riesling isn't a merciless tyrant at all, just a little hardheaded and inflexible. If one patiently tries to communicate with her, they'll find out she's actually a kind person.

Riesling is one of the top varietals of white wine in the world and is known as queen of the white wines. The earliest records of Riesling originate in Germany, and it is one of the most representative of Germany's wines. According to statistics, 65% of the world's Riesling grapes are grown in Germany. Riesling is fairly resistant to cold and matures early. Compared to wine fermented from other grapes, Riesling's alcohol content is fairly low. It has a noticeably fruity nose and delicate flavor, making it suitable for pairing with all sorts of different foods.
