An inventor with an eccentric personality who's always slumped over and listless, which makes people worry about his health. With his rotten personality though, the only thing people get in return for their concern is a cold shoulder and even curses. When it comes to inventing and creating, he is extremely self-conceited, but before people that he likes, he is incredibly self-abasing.

Rotini is a type of Italian noodle shaped like little spirals, the literal meaning of the name in Italian. The cork-screwed shape of the noodle makes it easier to hold sauce, perfect for pairing with a hearty meat sauce or a light and creamy one.
