Bio[]
The elder sister of Stargaze Rest, a gentle woman always dressed in a white shiromuku. Legends say that any who lay eyes on her will be blessed with happiness, and the mere sight of her makes one feel happy. She is an omen of good things and a symbol of happiness, and hopes that everyone can get along nicely together. If people don't get along nicely in front of her, she will get angry. She is a little bit wicked, as during leisure times she can fixate on the strangest things. Even the most boisterous of children get red in the face and shy when they see her.

The color red symbolizes joy in Japan, so Japanese sekihan, or red bean rice, also has auspicious connotations. In Japan, if there is some joyful occasion in a family such as a marriage or a child's entering into adulthood, people will steam a pot of sekihan. This dish has a strong connection to happy occasions, and so saying, "Come eat sekihan!" implies, "Come celebrate!".
